Classic Rock Report: William Shatner's Super Band CD Is Out Tuesday

Can you name the one person? Big enough. To put together. A new collection of songs that feature Mick Jones from Foreigner, Robby Kreiger of the Doors, Edger Winter, Rick Wakeman of Yes and Steve Vai. That's some seriously out of control Classic Rock. The frontman of this band? William Shatner. Captain Kirk. The album is called: A match made, if not in heaven, then in the most glorious reaches of the galaxy. Produced by the Carolina's very own Ben Fold. Shatner recently told RollingStone Magazine that he's always dreamed of being where progressive rock ends and country music begins.” The album hits I Heart Radio this Tuesday. Shatner's tour begins Oct. 23.
