That opportunity played true this past November during all-star tribute concert to Lynyrd Skynyrd. Lynyrd Skynyrd One More for the Fans includes performances by Peter Frampton, Cheap Trick and Gregg Allman, among others. The members of Skynyrd spent much of the show watching the performances from seats in the Fox Theater, and Gary Rossington says the experience gave him a new perspective on songs he's been playing for 40 years. He adds, "I got chills hearing some of them."
