Phil Collins Autobiography Coming

Phil Collins talks about putting together and autobiography. The Genesis frontman and '80s solo star announced today he's cut a deal with Penguin Random House. It's not a new feeling or something that was in the air tonight. Collins says, "Several times over the last few years I have been asked to write a biography but never felt that the time was right -- until now... I am ready to go on record about my life in music with all the highs and all the lows, and to tell the story from my point of view, ¬warts and all!" Expect to see it in stores and online a year from now.

Peter Frampton's Raw Tour

Peter Frampton is currently on the road performing a raw acoustic tour. Just him and that six string. Turns out he once had a moment with David Bowie almost like this. He talks about how David was a student in Peter's Dads class. It led to an incredible friendship. To the point of David opening for Peter's band... it was just David and a 12 string guitar.
